    The Wine Vault is happy to present a Guided Tour of Daou Wine at Pangea Kitchen. Not only will you participate in the wine pairing, but you will be treated to a Latino dinner experience guaranteed to be unforgettable.

  • Arrival: 6:00PM with Dinner being served at 6:30PM
  • Location: Pangea Kitchen 111 S Green River Rd
  • Cost $90 per person and includes tax and gratuity


    Menu
    1st Course
    Latino Meat and Cheese Board known as a Variado. This will include a variety of cured meats, cheeses and fruit.

    2nd Course
    Chilean Style Coconut Ceviche - Fresh Fish, Fresh Juice Marinade, Coconut milk and Chilies

    3rd Course
    Chicken and Avocado House-Made Arepas - Chicken Thighs, Avocados and Crema

    4th Course
    Picahna Steak with House Chimichurri - Brazilian Style Picahna Steak Seared Medium Rare with Traditional South American Chimichurri

    5th Course
    Churro Honey Toast - House-Made Milk Bread with House-Made Churro Gelato
